1) Preamble

Welcome to camilaworld.fun (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the camilaworld.fun website (the “Website”). By accessing or using the Website, you confirm you’ve read, understood, and agree to these Terms, individually and (if applicable) in any representative capacity.

These Terms incorporate by reference any posted rules, community guidelines, privacy notices/policies, and cookie policies.

2) Access & Age Restrictions

This Website contains adult content. You must be 18+ (or the age of majority where you live) to enter.

3) Child Protection & Non-Consensual Acts

We prohibit any content involving minors or non-consensual activity. Suspected violations will be removed and reported as required by law.

5) Accounts

Some features may require an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current info and keep it updated.
• Safeguard your credentials and log out after sessions.
• Notify us promptly of unauthorized use.

We may suspend/terminate accounts for violations.

6) Intellectual Property

Except for user submissions, all materials on the Website (code, design, text, images, audio/video, graphics, trademarks) are owned by or licensed to camilaworld.fun and protected by law. You may not copy, distribute, or exploit them without prior written consent.

7) User Submissions

You’re solely responsible for content you upload (“Submissions”). By submitting, you warrant that:

• All depicted persons are 18+ (or age of majority) and you have verifiable documentation.
• You have all rights/permissions (including model releases) and your content complies with law.
• Your Submission doesn’t infringe privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights.

You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, reproduce, adapt, distribute, display, and perform your Submission; this license ends when we delete the Submission from our systems.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims arising from your Submissions or breach of these Terms.

Strictly prohibited Submissions include: CSAM; non-consensual sexual content; bestiality; incest; content depicting or glorifying real-world violence or harm; content involving extreme bodily harm or fetish content that violates law; and content using others’ IP without permission.

8) Moderation & Reporting

We combine proactive screening with human moderation and will remove/disable access to illegal or policy-violating content. We may suspend visibility of reported content while reviewed. Clear abuse or illegality (e.g., CSAM/NCII/terrorist content) will be reported to authorities and accounts banned.

9) Copyright

If you believe your copyrighted work was used without authorization, email bmgwebs@protonmail.com with:

• Your signature (physical/electronic) and proof of ownership/agency.
• Identification of the work infringed and where the authorized version exists.
• URLs of allegedly infringing material.
• Your contact info.
• Good-faith and accuracy statements (including, where applicable, under penalty of perjury).

We may notify the uploader and, where applicable, accept valid counter-notifications. Repeat infringers may be terminated.

10) Recommender Transparency (Overview)

Content visibility may consider factors like popularity, tags/categories, search keywords, and (if enabled) limited, privacy-respecting history signals to suggest related content.

11) Availability & Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, error-free service or accuracy/completeness of content. Use at your own risk.

12) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages (including lost profits/data). Our total liability to you won’t exceed the amount you paid to use the Website (if any) or, at our option, re-provision of services.

13) Dispute Resolution; Arbitration; Class Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and camilaworld.fun agree to resolve disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Website via binding arbitration on an individual basis; class and representative actions are waived. If arbitration is prohibited by your local law, the competent courts in your jurisdiction may apply to the extent required by mandatory law. Nothing here prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for misuse of IP or unauthorized use of the services.

14) Governing Law

Except where prohibited by mandatory local law, these Terms and any disputes are governed by the laws applicable to the operator’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

15) Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. An unenforceable term will be replaced with an enforceable term closest to the original intent.

16) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on the Website. Material changes will be noted or communicated when feasible. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.

17) Sale of Items & Model Discretion

Some models may offer physical items (e.g., undergarments, clothing, or personal items) for sale. Such sales are subject to the following conditions:

• Model’s Discretion: The decision to sell items is solely at the model’s discretion.
• Payments: All payments are made through the method chosen by the model. camilaworld.fun does not process or handle payments for items sold. Any transaction is strictly between the seller (model) and the buyer.
• No Liability for Transit Issues: camilaworld.fun is not responsible or liable for any items lost, delayed, or damaged during transit.
• Discreet Packaging: Models may provide discreet packaging at the request of the buyer, but this is not guaranteed and is subject to the model’s discretion.
• Final Sales & Refunds: All sales are final. camilaworld.fun does not issue refunds under any circumstances. Buyers seeking a refund must contact the seller directly, at their discretion.
• Official Sales Only: Items sold through ad-based videos on camilaworld.fun are considered authentic. Anything sold outside of this system is not considered authentic and is not endorsed by camilaworld.fun.
• Legal Compliance: Federal and state laws restrict the sale of certain hazardous, intimate, or biological items. Items prohibited by law must not be sold.
• Postal Restrictions: Do not ship prohibited items via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Use alternative services or legal delivery methods if needed.

18) Cleanse Act for Items Sold

To maintain safety, compliance, and integrity for all transactions involving physical items offered through camilaworld.fun:

• Model Responsibility: Each model is solely responsible for ensuring that any items sold are clean, safe, and legally permissible.
• No Hazardous or Prohibited Goods: Items deemed hazardous, intimate biological matter, or otherwise restricted by law are strictly prohibited.
• Sanitization & Quality: Models must take reasonable measures to ensure that items are properly sanitized (where applicable) and meet basic quality standards prior to shipping.
• Buyer Assumption of Risk: Buyers acknowledge and accept that purchasing personal items carries inherent risks. By completing a purchase, the buyer assumes full responsibility and waives liability against camilaworld.fun.
• Platform Disclaimer: camilaworld.fun does not handle, inspect, sanitize, or verify items sold. All transactions are between buyer and seller. The Website provides only a platform for promotion through ad-based content and does not act as an intermediary.
• Enforcement: Violations of this Cleanse Act may result in account suspension, content removal, or permanent banning of the model from the platform.
